Bookings & Payments
Bookings must be made in advance. Payment terms will be clearly stated when you book. No hidden charges.
Cancellations
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may not be refunded.
Pickups & Delays
Please be ready at your pickup location on time. We are not responsible for missed pickups due to incorrect info or no-shows.
Safety
Our drivers follow local traffic laws. Please wear seatbelts during the ride. Cebu Tourist Transfers is not liable for injuries caused by unsafe passenger behavior.
