Planning a trip to Cebu can feel overwhelming, but booking a ride doesn’t have to be. Below, we’ve answered the most common questions from travelers like you, from airport pickups to custom trips and everything in between.

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

How do i book a transfer?

For airport transfers, you can book directly using our online form. For other routes or custom trips, just send us a message and we’ll guide you through it.

How much does a private transfer cost?

Rates depend on your pickup and drop-off points. Airport routes have fixed prices. For everything else, we’ll send you a quick custom quote with no hidden fees.

How can I pay?

  1. If you use our Book Now form (for popular routes with the price calculator) and you are happy with the price, click the Book Now button. Once we receive your message and confirm availability, we will send you a payment link.

  2. If you request a custom quote, we will send you a payment link with the exact amount for your trip.

We use PayMongo as our main payment processor. Right now, PayMongo accepts:

  • Coins.ph

  • BPI Online Banking

  • UnionBank Online Banking

We are still waiting for PayMongo approval for GCash, GrabPay, and credit/debit card options.

If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card, we can send you our PayPal address (additional fees may apply).

If you want to transfer from your US, UK, or EU bank account, we can receive payments through Wise. Please note that additional fees may apply.

 

Do I need to pay in advance?

Yes, we require full payment to confirm your trip and schedule your driver. If you’re having trouble due card or bank issues, we can accept a 50% downpayment instead. We’ll send you a payment link, and you can pay the remaining balance before or upon arrival.

Do you accept cash payments?

Online payment is preferred, but in special cases we may allow partial payment in cash. To avoid no-shows or fraud bookings, we still require a 50% downpayment online, with the rest payable in cash upon arrival.

Can I book a one-way transfer only?

Yes, absolutely. Roundtrip bookings are optional.

Do you allow last-minute bookings?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee a driver. But if your flight is sooner, message us first and we’ll check availability.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are granted for legitimate reasons, like flight cancellations due to bad weather, personal emergencies, or trip cancellations (we do require proof). Just let us know as soon as possible.


PICKUP & DROP-OFF

Will the driver wait for me at the airport?

Yes! Your driver will monitor your flight and wait at the arrival area with a welcome sign.

Important: If your flight is delayed or changed, message us right away so we can update your driver.

Can I get picked up from a hotel or Airbnb?

Definitely. We offer door-to-door pickups from any hotel, resort, or private residence within Cebu Island.

What if my flight is delayed?

Just send us a message as soon as possible so we can inform your driver. That way, they don’t wait around unnecessarily and can adjust timing accordingly.


Vehicle & Driver Info

What kind of vehicles do you use?

We use clean, air-conditioned sedans, vans and even SUVs, all DOT- and LTFRB-approved. No colorum or unlicensed vehicles. Your assigned vehicle will be confirmed after payment.

Are your drivers licensed and professional?

Yes. All drivers are fully licensed, experienced, and familiar with Cebu’s roads and tourist spots.

Is there Wi-Fi in the vehicle?

No Wi-Fi, but you can buy a local PH SIM card with mobile data for a very affordable price. Keep in mind, signal can drop in mountainous or rural areas.


Safety & Legitimacy

Is your service legit?

Yes, 100%. We have all the required government documents - business permit, DTI, BIR. These are required by our payment processor, PayMongo.  

We also work exclusively with licensed drivers and DOT- and LTO-approved vehicles. Since 2022, we've been providing reliable transfers for guests of Arriyus Apartelle in Maya, Daanbantayan, and our network has continued to grow across Cebu.


Special Requests & Extras

Can I bring a lot of luggage or dive gear?

No problem. Just let us know in advance so we can assign a vehicle with enough space. Depending on how much you're bringing, additional fees may apply.

Do you offer child seats or senior-friendly options?

Yes, we can provide booster seats for kids and assist with accommodations for seniors or guests with limited mobility. Just include the request when booking.

Can I request stops along the way?

Yes, of course. Need a meal break, restroom stop, or quick sightseeing detour? We’re flexible. Let us know ahead of time or ask your driver directly.
